So a bunch of artists have done this really cool tribute to Stan Lee (you know, the Marvel Comics guy) by doing new interpretations of characters he created, though he didn't actually create some of those that are at the link but whatever.
Also I just went to look at Stan Lee's Wikipedia page (to make sure he hadn't just died or something) and anyway I found this great picture of him from 1973:
