So I saw the original version of this video the other day where some dude is playing a hacked level of Super Mario Bros. that is so hard, but it was pretty excruciating to watch. Some other dude put a voice track to go along with it like he is playing the game and he is apparently like a fake Brooklyn Arab (judging by his accent) who swears a lot? Anyway yeah, it's pretty funny and a lot more bearable to watch this way -- but watch out if you don't like a lot of swearing at little plumbers.
