Yesterday, Ryan linked to a cool comic called Patches and that's cool and everything but I went to the site and was looking around and found the paintings by the artist that does Patches, and holy crap. Her paintings are so awesome. I really love how she does birds and faces and her style is just really great and inspiring. I'd like to see a bigger picture of this one, because it looks so totally sweet. This is pretty great too, and this one here might be my favorite on the site. Anyway, it makes me want to start painting again and I hope you find it similarly inspiring!
