You may or may not remember this comic I did a while ago which features an oversimplified account of Lincoln's suspension of Habeas Corpus during the American Civil war. Well, in the same vein, reader Stuart P. Bentley made this cool comic about the Tampico Incident, with a handy link to the Wikipedia article on the subject.
